Breakfast: So I skipped breakfast again. I had some snacks before lunch, a molasses cookie and some dry roasted peanuts. Yeah I'm healthy.
Lunch: I went to Boston House of Pizza today to try their vegetarian sub. I love the other place I go to, but their vegetarian sub does not match up. This sandwich was a thing of brilliance, I'm not sure how I feel about it but I know that I am satisfied. It is basically an eggplant sub with no sauce, but it is piled high with other veggies: lettuce, tomato, roasted red pepper, grilled onions and peppers and olives. I said "hold the olives" because I'm not a fan, but I did fail to mention the American cheese all over this thing. Damn that's a good sandwich.
Another rare meal where I did not "miss the meat", a true satisfying meal.
Dinner: I wasn't really too hungry thanks to a good lunch, but I played trivia at a pizza place and had a couple slices of cheese.
