Vegetarian: Day 2

Breakfast: Clif Mojo Bar - Peanut Butter Pretzel flavor.

Snack: serving of Sun Chips - Jalapeno Jack flavor.  Off to a delicious start. Hmm what's for lunch...

Lunch: Hummus, Pita Bread, Small Salad (Lettuce, Cucumbers, Red Peppers, Baby Corn, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil)...note to self, next time turn all this into a sandwich, maybe add chick peas

Afternoon Snack: Peanut butter granola bar, Navel orange

Dinner: 2 veggie tacos from The Gaff...they gave me the energy I needed to wield my guitar and melt faces off with my "wonderful voice"...I also enjoyed several Narragansetts, another great vegetarian option
