Vegetarian: Day 36

5 weeks down. I'm proud of myself.

Breakfast: Iced coffee and a plain croissant

Lunch: Ziti with sauce and cheese.

Dinner: How's this for a weird ethnic meal...a "vegetable masala" burger (Indian flavors with various potatoes and vegetables in a burger shape) on a whole wheat bagel, with potato latkes on the side...with no applesauce or sour cream in sight, I used sriracha hot sauce. There is no soy and not much protein in the burger, so really it was like eating another potato pancake.
